Submitted papers must be original, unpublished and not considered elsewhere for publication, and must show significant relevance to the conference scope.
All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous review process handled by the Technical Program Committee. Only electronic submissions in PDF format will be considered. Each paper will receive three or more reviews.
Research papers must not exceed 6 pages (10pt font, 2-column format), including appendices, acknowledgments and references. Use the IEEE Conference template.
Additional requirements:
All authors' details must be entered in CMT during submission. No extra author can be added later.
Papers can be submitted under any of the three main tracks. Authors must make a primary topic selection.
ICDDS 2026 follows a double-blind review process. Author information must not appear in the manuscript.
All accepted papers must be presented in person by one of the authors, with an associated full registration. Failure to comply will result in removal from the IEEE Xplore digital library.
