Submission Guidelines

  • Papers must be original, unpublished, and relevant to the conference scope.
  • Use the IEEE conference template and submit in PDF format.
  • Manuscripts must not exceed 6 pages in IEEE two-column format, including references.
  • ICDDS 2026 uses double-blind review — remove all author identities.
  • All submissions are subject to IEEE plagiarism and AI-generated text policies.
