Submission Guidelines
- Papers must be original, unpublished, and relevant to the conference scope.
- Use the IEEE conference template and submit in PDF format.
- Manuscripts must not exceed 6 pages in IEEE two-column format, including references.
- ICDDS 2026 uses double-blind review — remove all author identities.
